Congratulations to Sgt Manasa Srivatsan who recently earned her Amateur Radio Operator Certificate (honors certificate for a mark of 93%) ! This certification allows Sgt Srivatsan to operate HAM radios on frequencies above 30 MHz. This certification, which can be completed on your own time and accord, is an extension of what cadets learn in PO429: Communicate Using Radio Procedures for Aviation Procedures.
