The Air Cadet Program is administered through a partnership between three groups:
DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENCE (DND)
The Department of National Defence provides policy, direction and authority to conduct training.
DND is responsible for many things including:
Officers and Officer training
Uniforms
Squadron equipment (air rifles, computers, etc.)
Meals and transportation for Field Training Exercises
Biathlon, Marksmanship and Music Training programs and competitions

AIR CADET LEAGUE OF CANADA (ONTARIO PROVINCIAL COMMITTEE)
The Air Cadet League of Canada is a voluntary public service organization that operates at the local, provincial and national levels.
The Ontario Provincial Committee is responsible for:
Cadet Insurance
Gliders and gliding operations
Facilities
Effective Speaking Competitions
Selection Boards for Scholarship Courses

Royal Canadian Legion Branch 15 (Official Sponsor)
The official sponsor of 132 Spitfire is the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 15. The Legion is the largest Veteran and community support organization in Canada, at more than 300,000 members in over 1400 Branches across Canada, the Legion makes a difference in the lives of Veterans and their families, provide essential services within our communities, and Remember the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our Country.

132 Squadron Sponsoring Committee
This committee is the civilian element of the squadron. A chief responsibility of the SSC is to co-ordinate the raising of private funds for the unit and its activities.
The Committee is responsible for:
Fundraising
Booking facilities and buses
Meals
Squadron equipment
Public relations
Volunteer screening
Community Supporters
A number of organizations, businesses and community members provide support for the squadron on an ongoing basis. This support is often in the form of donations of facilities, office or training equipment, food, gift cards, etc. We also have a number of subject matter experts who volunteer their time to share their knowledge and experience with the cadets.
